An appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Alachua County. Martha Ann Lott, Judge.
Stacy A. Scott, Public Defender, Susan A. Ward, Assistant Public Defender, Gainesville, for Appellant. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.
PER CURIAM.

Because the Court's jurisdiction was not invoked in a timely fashion, the appeal is dismissed. However, the dismissal is without prejudice to appellant filing a petition for belated appeal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c). All pending motions are denied as moot.

LEWIS, C. J., ROWE and MAKAR, JJ., concur.
