Before the Court is the notice of appearance of attorney Kristin R. Brown for appellant and the notice of nonrepresentation of appellant by attorney Robert T. Jarvis. The notices state that Mr. Jarvis represented appellant at trial but will not be representing appellant on appeal and that appellant has retained Ms. Brown to represent him on appeal. The notice of appearance is signed by Ms. Brown, and the notice of nonrepresentation is signed by appellant and Mr. Jarvis. We DIRECT the Clerk to remove Robert T. Jarvis as attorney for appellant and to add Kristin R. Brown as attorney for appellant.
