ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On July 26, 2023, petitioner filed the petition to commence the case at Docket No. 11875-23L in which petitioner seeks review of a notice of determination concerning collection, dated June 27, 2023, issued with respect to petitioner's 2014 and 2020 tax years. On July 26, 2023, petitioner also filed the petition to commence this case at Docket No. 11876-23L in which petitioner seeks review of the same just-described notice of determination.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 25, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why this case should not be closed on the grounds of duplication with respect to petitioner's case at Docket No. 11875-23L.
