Waste Management of Dade County seeks to appeal the circuit court appellate division's order denying its verified motion to vacate final judgment and compel return of funds. We treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. Fla.R.App.P. 9.040(c). Having considered petitioner's arguments and finding them to be without merit, we deny certiorari.
