ORDERED that the above-enumerated appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 20, 2015 (appeal No. 2015-2462 Q C), and an order of that court entered August 26, 2015 (appeal No. 2015-2455 Q C), are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of this motion and are stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that the appeals have not been properly perfected.
The record on appeal does not contain a certified original of the transcript, corrected in accordance with the direction of the court, as set forth in CPLR 5525 (c) (1).
