Delivered: October 20, 2005.

Appeal from the 393rd District Court of Denton County.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

See Tex.R.App.P. 47.4.

On September 1, 2005, we notified appellant that his brief in these consolidated cases was untimely and deficient and requested that appellant file a motion for extension of time to file a brief and an amended brief. The September 1 letter also informed appellant that these cases would be subject to dismissal if he failed to file a motion for extension and amended brief. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Appellant has not filed either a motion or an amended brief, nor has he responded to our letter. Accordingly, we dismiss both appeals for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), 43.2(f).
