Appellants Robert Vetere, individually and in his official capacity, Greece Mall and Wilmorite, Inc. having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal or, in the alternative, to vacate dismissal of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on May 10, 2013, and having moved for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Eric M. Dolan, Esq., dated April 24, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 13, 2014.
