Petition Seeking Belated Appeal—Original Jurisdiction.Carl R. Hayes, Tampa, for Petitioner. No appearance for Respondent.

PER CURIAM.

The “notice of belated appeal” has been treated by the court as a petition seeking belated appeal. Because the court's authority to grant belated appeals in accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c) is limited to criminal cases and does not extend to appeals arising from either civil or administrative matters, the petition seeking belated appeal is denied.

PADOVANO, LEWIS, and CLARK, JJ., concur.
