Appeal, No. 257, March T., 1935, by plaintiff, from order of C. P. Allegheny Co., July T., 1935, No. 960, in case of Washington Trust Company of Pittsburgh v. Nettie Rothman, defendant, and New York Life Insurance Company, garnishee. Affirmed.
