Nolette as Temporary Limited Administrator for the Estate of Sally Barden, Deceased, in the proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered January 18, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and Albert B. Nolette, Washington County Treasurer, is substituted as Temporary Limited Administrator for the Estate of Sally Barden, Deceased, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's Rules on or before November 25, 2022.
