This case was previously calendared for trial at the Court's April 27, 2020, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. By Order dated March 18, 2020, that trial session was cancelled due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge.

On March 29, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues, in which the parties indicate that all remaining issues in this case have been resolved. On April 29, 2021, the Court directed the parties to file on or before May 20, 2021, a proposed stipulated decision document or a joint status report reflecting the current status of this case.

On April 28, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Reasonable Litigation or Administrative Costs pursuant to Rule 7430, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. On May 11, 2021, the Court issued an Order directing respondent to file on or before June 28, 2021, a response to petitioner's Motion for Reasonable Litigation or Administrative Costs.

On June 3, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Accordingly, ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Reasonable Litigation or Administrative Costs pursuant to Rule 7430, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, filed April 28, 2021, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order served May 11, 2021, directing respondent to file on or before June 28, 2021, a response to petitioner's Motion for Reasonable Litigation or Administrative Costs, is hereby vacated.
