ORDER


Petitioner's August 10, 2004 motion to amend and correct objections to the findings and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge is granted, and the court has considered the amended and corrected objections in conducting de novo review of the findings and recommendation of the magistrate judge.

After making an independent review of the pleadings, files, and records in this case, the findings and recommendation of the magistrate judge, and petitioner's July 26, 2004 objections and August 10, 2004 amended and corrected objections, the court concludes that the findings and conclusions are correct and are therefore adopted.

SO ORDERED.
