On Motion of Defendant Unum Life Insurance Company of America (Doc. No. 11) and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff and Unum file cross-motions for summary judgment not later than April 3, 2006. Either party may then file a reply to the opposing party's summary judgment motion not later than April 24, 2006.
