DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Citizens Concerned for Children, Inc., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Pamela Bleiwas, Esq., P.O. Box 886, Ithaca, NY 14851, is appointed in it's place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as she may direct.

Garry, P.J., Lynch, Devine and Mulvey, JJ., concur.
