On June 27, 2013, appellee filed a motion to seal all filings by the parties, a motion to dismiss, and a motion to stay with an alternative request for an extension of time to file appellee's brief. The court has considered these motions. Appellee's motion to seal all filings by the parties is DENIED. Appellee's motion to dismiss is CARRIED WITH THE APPEAL. Appellee's motion to stay is DENIED; however, appellee's request for an extension of time to file her brief is GRANTED. Appellee's brief is due on August 2, 2013.
