Ward v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Dec 29, 1982
423 So. 2d 638 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 81-2210.

December 29, 1982.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; Russell E. Seay, Jr., Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Charles Peters, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Stewart J. Bellus, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

The trial court's order revoking appellant's probation is hereby affirmed. Although we do not believe all of the violations alleged were proven, we believe the evidence as to several was sufficient and any error in the findings as to the other charges was harmless.

ANSTEAD, HERSEY and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
