ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On February 3, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. On February 27, 2023, this case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, New York. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard on the pending motion to dismiss. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute filed February 3, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 29, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute should not be granted and a decision entered against her for the amounts and year set forth in respondent's motion to dismiss.

Petitioner is warned that failure to comply with the Court's Order to Show Cause will result in the dismissal of this case and an entry of decision against her.
