ORDER


Before the Court is petitioner's application to proceed in forma pauperis in the instant action. On September 14, 2004, the Court entered a Notice of Deficiency and Order that directed petitioner submit a certificate of inmate trust account within twenty days of the date of that Order. On September 27, 2004, petitioner paid the filing fee in this action. In view of the fee payment, the Court deems the application to proceed in forma pauperis (doc. 2) moot. The Clerk of the Court shall mail a copy of this Order to petitioner.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
