The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in Walter v. Dixon, No. SC2023-0565, 2023 WL 4945096 (Fla. Aug. 3, 2023), in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So.2d 1253 (Fla. 2004). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied. No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
