On January 9, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Upon further review, it appears that an attachment to that motion was not properly redacted pursuant to Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure as to petitioners' Social Security numbers.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is sealed and shall be retained in a sealed file by the Court which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
