ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 4, 2022, for cases where Denver, Colorado is the place of Trial.

On March 14, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Respondent requests that the Court remove the case from the April 4, 2022, trial session and allow forty-five (45) days for the parties to file a Stipulated Decision.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Denver, Colorado, Trial Session and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 2, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
