STIPULATION OF THE PARTIES DISMISSING ACTION WITH PREJUDICE


Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure § 41(a)(1)(ii) plaintiff JEFFREY WALLIN and defendant RELIANCE STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, by and through their respective attorneys of record, hereby stipulate and agree that this action shall be dismissed with prejudice with all parties to bear their own attorney's fees and costs except as may be set out in any settlement agreement.

ORDER

Pursuant to the Stipulation of the parties, the above-entitled action is dismissed with prejudice, with all parties to bear their own attorney's fees and costs except as may be set out in any settlement agreement.
