We find that we do not have jurisdiction over the April 8, 2013 order and affirm the July 25, 2013 order. Transcript at 4–5. The court stated: “Well, you can certainly request that. Obviously, if you can't get access to the residence, you're probably not going to get any better luck without a hearing.” Id. at 5. After questioning the parties regarding the number of children they had, the court held a hearing.
