Judgment in an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff through the negligence of defendant, the owner of a riding academy, in renting plaintiff a vicious horse, and order denying motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
