Upon due consideration of the Status Report filed by respondent on December 8, 2023, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 25, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case. The parties shall attach to the joint report a copy of any letters testamentary, letters of administration, or state court order duly appointing a fiduciary for the estate of decedent Raymond W. Wall.
