DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The judgment of the Land Court is vacated insofar as it affirmed the decision of the planning board. An amended judgment is to enter annulling the decision of the board and remanding the matter to the board for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
