MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Amber K. Walkington has filed an unopposed motion to abate this appeal for thirty days. We grant the motion and abate this appeal for the parties to pursue a settlement. The parties shall submit either a motion to dismiss, a joint status report concerning the status of the settlement negotiations, or a motion to reinstate by August 25, 2023. All appellate deadlines will be tolled during the period of abatement.

It is so ordered on July 25, 2023.
