Summary
In Tippett v. Walker, 10 Mass. 595, the agreement was entered into by the defendants, a committee appointed by the directors of the Middlesex Turnpike company, and the court say: "To the agreement the defendants have not (if they had legal authority) put the seals of the directors or the seal of the corporation.
