The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due February 9, 2023. On February 15, 2023, the Court notified court reporter Belinda Baraka that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. On March 17, 2023, Ms. Baraka filed a request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record until April 17, 2023. We granted the request and ordered Ms. Baraka to file the reporter's record by April 17, 2023. The reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Baraka has not communicated further with this Court concerning this appeal.
We ORDER Belinda Baraka, Court Reporter, to file the reporter's record in this appeal on or before MAY 25, 2023. We caution Ms. Baraka that the failure to do so will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Baraka not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Ernest White, Presiding Judge, 194th Judicial District Court; Belinda Baraka, Court Reporter; and to counsel for all parties.
