Petitioner's petition seeking prohibitory relief against The Florida Bar and the grievance committee is hereby denied. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-3.1 (grievance committee jurisdiction), 5-1.2(e)(7) (grievance committee authority), 3-7.11(D)(2) (chair or vice chair of a grievance committee may issue subpoenas).

Petitioner's "motion for leave to file rebuttal and rebuttal" is also denied.

WELLS, ANSTEAD, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
