Appeal, No. 20, March T., 1973, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Cambria County, No. 36745, in the matter of the estate of Jacob Waligora, late of the Borough of East Conemaugh. Decree vacated and record remanded.
Proceedings on exceptions to auditor's report. Before SMORTO, P. J.
Final decree entered directing distribution in accordance with auditor's revised schedule of distribution. Executor appealed.
