MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated November 24, 2003, appellant was directed to file a docketing statement and pay the filing fee of $125 within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellant that failure to do so would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the docketing statement or pay the filing fee of $125. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
