ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

Before the Court are two motions from appellant filed June 3, 2024: "Motion for Determination of the Accuracy of the Record (TRAP 34.6)" and "Motion for a New Trial." Both motions make complaints about the completeness and accuracy of the reporter's record. On May 1, 2024, this Court ordered appellant to present specific complaints concerning the completeness and accuracy of the record in a single motion to be filed no later than JULY 1, 2024. The complaints in the June 3, 2024 motions do not comply with the requirements set forth in the May 1, 2024 order.

Appellant's motions are DENIED without prejudice to presenting any complaints concerning the record in the motion due July 1, 2024.
