The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its order denying mandate and/or prohibition and to issue an order directing real party in interest Mitchell Martin to show cause why the trial court did not abuse its discretion by ordering the production of documents without respect to whether they were protected by attorney/client privilege. (See Catalina Island Yacht Club v. Superior Court (2015) 242 Cal.App.4th 1116.) The application for a stay is denied.
