On Appeal from the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Case No. 1113534

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, The West Law Office, PLLC, has filed a motion to dismiss its appeal, representing that the parties have reached a settlement of the matter. Although the motion does not contain a certificate of conference, it contains a certificate of service and has been on file with the Court for more than ten days. See TEX. R. APP. Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
