These microcaptive-insurance cases were on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. The parties have reached a basis for settlement, but need more time to continue working on computations and a closing agreement for these cases and two later tax years. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before September 11, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress.
