On June 11, 2024, based on a review of the pleadings and arguments of the parties, and the Certified Administrative Record before the Department of Labor, an Order issued that granted Defendant Administrative Review Board's (“ARB”) Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendant Advent Global Solutions, Inc.'s (“Advent”) Motion to Dismiss, and denying Plaintiff Naveen Vudhamari's (“Plaintiff”) First and Second Motions for Reconsideration, Motion to Compel, and Motion to Protect Equality and Request for Protection. The Order also affirmed the ARB's decision to uphold the Administrative Law Judge's decision to dismiss Plaintiff's claims for damages exceeding $2463.97 in back wages, plus interest.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows:
• Plaintiff's Complaint and this action are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
• Plaintiff is advised to request from the Department of Labor a payment of back wages and interest in the amount of $2,590.64. On September 15, 2021, pursuant to the Department of Labor's instruction, Advent submitted a payment of $2,590.64 through the DOL's website, Pay.gov, for Plaintiff's back wages.
