We GRANT the November 14, 2016 unopposed motion of appellant Douglas M. Hickok for an extension of time to file a brief. We ORDER the brief tendered to this Court by him on November 14, 2016 filed as of the date of this order.
We GRANT the November 14, 2016 unopposed motion of appellants VSDH Vaquero Venture, LTD and Evan Lane Shaw for an extension of time to file a brief. We ORDER the brief tendered to this Court by them on November 15, 2016 filed as of the date of this order.
Before the Court is appellees' November 14, 2016 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file appellees' and cross-appellants' briefs to December 15, 2016. Because the deadline for their appellees' brief(s) in response to the briefs filed by appellants is December 16, 2016, we DENY the motion as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(b). We GRANT the motion to the extent that we extend the time for them to file a cross-appellants' brief to DECEMBER 16, 2016.
