Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in falling upon a sidewalk. Judgment for the plaintiff.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. John J. Sullivan, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1923.
