ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the April 11, 2023, Tampa, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On July 17, 2020, petitioners filed a petition disputing the Notice of Deficiency (Notice) issued to them for tax year 2017 (year in issue). In their petition, petitioners dispute the Commissioner's assertion of unreported income reported to him by third parties for the year in issue.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 3, 2023, the parties shall file written reports (jointly or separately): (1) identifying the specific issues remaining in dispute, (2) describing the efforts that the parties have undertaken or plan to undertake to settle this matter, and (3) informing the Court whether any party plans to file any pretrial motion(s) and, if so, the nature of such motion(s).
