ORDER
Before the Court is Brian E. Vodicka's motion for review of order sustaining contest of affidavit of indigency. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145(g)(3), we ORDER Official Court Reporter Diane Robert to file a reporter's record of the July 24, 2017 hearing on the contest to Vodicka's affidavit of indigency. See TEX. R. APP. P. 145(g)(3). We further ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the affidavit of indigence, all contests, and all orders on the contests. See id. The requested reporter's and clerk's records shall be filed without prepayment of costs no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 23, 2017. See id. Extension motions will be disfavored.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Robert, Ms. Pitre, and the parties.
