Tin T. Vo, Petitioner, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

TAMARA W. ASHFORD JUDGE

On January 28 and March 21, 2022, pursuant to the Court's January 19, 2022, Order, petitioner and respondent respectively filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Petitioner reports that he is "aggressively working on" responses to respondent's discovery requests. Respondent reports that on January 28, 2022, petitioner provided responses to respondent's First Set of Interrogatories, and on February 10, 2022, petitioner provided responses to respondent's Request for Production of Documents. Respondent further reports that petitioner unfortunately provided some of the documents via a medium that he could not access; however, on February 12, 2022, petitioner mailed a USB drive to respondent containing the documents. According to respondent, he received the USB drive on February 15, 2022, and is currently reviewing petitioner's responses to his discovery requests; respondent anticipates though that he will have to engage in further discovery. Respondent requests that the Court allow the parties to file additional status reports in 60 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 31, 2022, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
