This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida, remote trial session. On September 17, 2021 respondent filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents and a Motion to Compel Responses and Interrogatories. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 21, 2021, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, and Motion to Compel Responses and Interrogatories, filed September 17, 2021.

The parties are advised that, in accordance with Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, and our Standing Pretrial Order entered on June 2, 2021, the Court may exclude evidence that petitioner seeks to introduce at trial that is responsive to respondent's interrogatories or request for production of documents if the evidence was not produced to respondent prior to October 20, 2021, absent a showing by petitioner of good cause.
