SHAWN VILLEGAS, JR., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On October 4, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had failed to submit the Court's filing fee $60.00. The Order informed petitioner that the Court would consider reinstating the case if the filing fee was paid within 30 days from the date of service of the Order. To date, the filing fee remains unpaid, and, consequently, this case remains closed.

On October 10, 2023, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioner dated September 21, 2023. The letter references and attaches documents which appear to be in the nature of evidence. Petitioner is informed that the aforementioned documents have not been received into evidence by the Court and, moreover, that this case remains closed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court will take no action on the above-referenced letter by petitioner.
