In this action for retaliatory discharge under section 440.205, Florida Statutes (2001), the trial court entered summary judgment on the ground that the plaintiff made neither a "valid claim for compensation or attempt to claim compensation under the Workers' Compensation Law" so as to invoke the protection of the statute. § 440.205, Fla. Stat. (2001). We agree and affirm.
