Richard Matthew VILLARREAL, Appellant v. Rebecca L. VILLARREAL, Appellee

From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2013-CI-18202
Honorable Gloria Saldana, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellee's brief was originally due February 3, 2016. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time was filed. On February 8, 2016, we advised appellee by letter that the brief was past due. Appellee was asked to file a response within ten days of the date of the letter, stating a reasonable explanation for failing to file the brief. Appellee did not file a response.

We therefore ORDER appellee to file, on or before March 7, 2016, her appellee's brief and a written response reasonably explaining her failure to timely file the brief. If appellee fails to file a brief and the written response by the date ordered, we will order the case submitted without an appellee's brief.

We order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on appellee at all her known addresses and on all counsel.

Marialyn Barnard, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 24th day of February, 2016.
