ORDER

Appellant has filed a third motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. We previously granted appellant two extensions for a total of sixty-three days. He is now requesting another thirty days for a total of ninety-three days. After review, we GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant to file the brief in this court on or before February 26, 2016. Appellant is advised that no further extensions of time to file the brief will be granted without written proof of extraordinary circumstances.
