PRESENT: , SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 3, 2013, and May 21, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kenneth R. Kirby, Esq., sworn to September 26, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 9, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 31, 2014, and inserting in its place the date November 25, 2014, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 9, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 17, 2014, and inserting in its place the date December 10, 2014.
