ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 30, 2021, file further status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this matter. Petitioner shall advise the Court as to when he will return from deployment so the Court can consider when, if necessary, to calendar this case for trial.
