Order directing that amended answer of defendant Irving Trust Company be substituted for its original answer and filed as of the date of the order affirmed, in so far as appealed from, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
